Minemax is pleased to announce the release of Version 4.03 of Minemax Planner for Rapid Project Evaluation. This release provides more detail in financial reports for pits shells, pushbacks and schedules.

For users of the Professional Edition, there is a significant speed-up in the NPV schedule optimization stage. Due to fundamental re-modelling of the mathematical programming model for optimization, multi-period optimal schedules that were taking 1 hour to solve are now solving in just 10 seconds. This lets mine planners spend time evaluating even more scenarios and thus providing more informed guidance for project and business decisions.

The next major Minemax Planner release will deliver functionality for grade and financial risk assessment as well as more accurate modeling of slope across adjacent geotechnical domains.
