Bug Fixes

• Fixed performance issue when exporting Schedule Table report to Excel that was introduced in 6.5.1;
• Fixed issue with deleting pit groups that have associated constraints;
• Some add buttons were not enabled if the current project was deleted and another project loaded;
• Export reports button was not re-enabled after displaying validation errors dialog;
