It was another extremely successful show for Minemax at MINExpo 2016, held in Las Vegas, Nevada, September 26-28, 2016. Thanks to all who visited the Minemax booth to meet our team from Perth and Denver and to see a preview of our new innovative solution for integrated mine planning – the fully redesigned Tempo.
We were impressed by the number of visitors and the great interest in Minemax software, especially the prototype of Tempo, which was previewed during MINExpo.
The all new Tempo is being re-created from the ground up to address the challenges that mine planners have told us they frequently face with translating strategic plans into operational mine plans.
“We had some fantastic conversations with mine planners about the newly re-designed Tempo, and we’re excited to take the next step forward to deliver a solution that bridges the gap between strategic and operational mine plans.” reports Joe Kraft, General Manager – Americas, who was one of four Minemax engineers giving live demonstrations at the Minemax booth.
The all new Tempo is a versatile tool which you can use with any strategic mine planning software to deliver plans that are practically achievable and aligned with your strategy. Tempo will also integrate closely with Minemax Scheduler so you will be able to quickly and seamlessly assess whether your strategic plan works at the detailed level.
“The Minemax Scheduler-Tempo integration was particularly appealing to many of our current Minemax Scheduler customers who stopped at our booth, and we will continue to listen to their feedback to make our software even better suited to their needs.” concludes Joe Kraft.
Our Minemax team wrapped up MINExpo 2016 with a giveaway contest to win an iPad Air 2 which drew many of our long-term and potential customers to Minemax booth. Congratulations to Tim George from Comstock Mining who was the lucky draw winner!
